Grilled Cheese! Fresh sourdough bread or any that you like, non processed white chedder cheese, tomato. Use olive oil instead of butter to grill. And optionally garnish with pepper or hot sauce. Side of veggies and you are set!

It’s perfect - toasted sourdough (or any bread you like) topped with 1/2 an avocado and a handful of baby tomatoes chopped. Lightly salt to bring out flavors and enjoy!
