    TURKISH SALAD - I came up with this while in Turkey, staring at a few ingredients but no one meal, or so I thought.  Here is what you need and how to make it (ps Great for Men, Kids, & Vegetarians).

    -ROMAINE HEAD, chopped (or another lettuce)

    -Handful chopped CHIVES

    -Handful ALMONDS (Marcona or un roasted ideal)

    -Few chunks of FETA CHEESE

    for Dressing:

    -Tablespoon ORGANIC HUMMUS

    -Tablespoon BALSAMIC VINEGAR

    -Black PEPPER

    -1/2 LEMON

    Stir the dressing (on side), and toss the entire salad.  The Olive Oil normally necessary is already in the hummus.  3 sources of vegetarian protein for one FRESH Turkish salad explosion.
