DAY 11. YOGA : 1 HR Flow to Move You Through the Week
Use this one hour flow to get you through the rest of the week, or whenever you need a full practice to satisfy your inner and outer bodies.

Twisted Triangle: great to open shoulders, hips, hamstrings and detox it out.
How To: Start with your feet 2-4 feet apart, back foot turned in at a 45 degree angle and front heal intersecting back arch. If your right foot is forward, inhale lift your left arm up, right arm by your side. Exhale place your left hand outside your right foot and lift your right arm up. Pull your right/front hip back. Hold 5-10 breaths through your nose and repeat other side.

Patience Comes to Those Who Wait.
Patience…Hard for me innately, and hard for us modern urbanites given the surrounding demands and challenges we have to accomplish on a daily basis for our careers, family, and social lives. But patience, or kshanti in yoga terms, is said to be one of the six ingredients or steps to achieving everything you want in life. They say that in order to be healthy, happy, rockin, hot and strong you have to practice kshanti. In fact, the entire sweaty physical yoga practice on the mat is designed to help you work on patience, with both your exterior physical body and interior intangible body. Patience is a continual effortful practice for the energetic cali-new yorker that I am, but today I want to thank you for YOUR patience, with the ebbs and flows of I.AM.YOU., our growth, my travel, the schedule, and of course the endless drops of summer sweat.
