1. Salmon Salad Crostini. Omegas and Protein while still fun. Recipe Here
2. Popcorn. Easily pickable, and with 1/5 of the calories and fat. Pop fresh or buy pre-made with olive oil and salt.
3. Avocado Toast: Toast good quality bread, sliced avocado, olive oil, hot flakes. More well rounded than chips and guac and will save you from ODing.

HEALTHY GLUTEN RECIPE - Vegan Garlic Bread:
I eat gluten in the form of whole, good quality bread and pasta when I feel like it, but not as the base of my diet. And when I eat it, it must be in its most natural form of bread and pasta, as opposed to a processed product or soy sauce. Today I just needed bread- it was cold, I had buckets of veggies in soup and salads earlier, I was tired and was craving garlic. Here is what I made in 30 secs:
-two slices truly whole grain bread that has no additives. Just the ingredients the Romans put in their bread
-covered them in virgin olive oil - great source of omegas
-topped with 6 cloves chopped garlic - great for your immune system
-put in toaster oven until garlic was browned
Totally hits the spot without being ‘bad’ for you.

QUINOA DELIGHT: Almost every vitamin and color here, and with protein, and in 5 minutes.
Put Olive Oil in a Pan with optional diced garlic or white onion. Add sliced Bell Peppers, sliced Mushrooms, shreds of cabbage, and peas. Let cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. Add quinoa and 2 handfuls of baby spinach. Cover with a lid and let cook for the remainder of the five minutes. Serve warm or cold. Spice if you like. THAT IS IT.
