Time with yourself is critical.  Time with your inside self even more so.  Hence the development of I.AM.PARADISE. - a week in the middle of no where, but in the heart of everywhere.  

With unfettered time in a natural, untouched setting, just you, your mind, birds, sea, waves and breeze, you start to tap into the often forgotten layers of you, those beneath the urban warriors that we tend to be.  

A tree amongst the palm trees, you start to see, hear, feel a whole new you.  The true you.  And as a result, you begin to be able to move from within, create from within, win from within. 

A full house of extremely lucky I.AM.YOU.ers takes off this week to PARADISE… if you could not make it this year, try and find a time to go within, on or off your mat, and we will hopefully meet under the palms in 2013!
