    HEALTHY SUPERBOWL?? yes!

    The WSJ predicted today that on Sunday Americans will eat: 1.25 BILLION wings. 45.8mm pounds of chips. 71.4mm pounds of avocado. 111mm gallons of beer.

    YIKES! So if we are eating all that, among other things, how to not feel like you lost the next day? Three simple I.AM.YOU. tested and proven tips:

    1. DRINK WATER. For every helping of _________ you have (fill in your vice), have half to a full glass of room temperature water.

    2. VEGGIE it UP. Have plates of raw and cooked veggies around you so at least every other dip, if not all dips, are with a vegetable not a processed chip or pretzel. At a bar or resto just ask for a side of steamed string beans, or the veggie sticks from the wings.

    3. Be LESS CHEESEy. Try not to drift to the cheese, or the cheese hidden in the dips (yes, true), between the nachos, on the pie…. you name it. Reducing the cheese will help your system process everything better, and feeling lighter Monday am.
